Computer Programmer

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core/MVC and desktop applications using WinForms.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for system communication.
• Work with SQL Server using ADO.NET and Entity Framework Core for data access.
• Implement middleware, logging, and global exception handling for APIs and applications.
• Deploy and maintain applications on IIS with HTTPS configuration.
• Collaborate with teams, follow SOLID principles, and ensure performance and code quality

Essentials:

• .NET Framework 4.5 and above, SQL Server.
• C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WinForms, Entity Framework Core, ADO.NET, RESTful APIs.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Strong Knowledge in Angular framework
• Visual Studio Code, Postman, IIS.

Work Location:

NIOT (National Institute of Ocean science & Technology) Pallikaranai, Chennai

Shifts & Timings:

8.45 A.M to 5.45 P.M (General Shift)

Monday to Saturday

Preference & Qualification

• Bachelor in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or Masters in Computer Application or Computer Science
• Minimum 2+years of experience in programming preferably in .NET framework and MS SQL database.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
