Job Description

Job Title: PDF Editing Computer Operator

Location: Mohan Estate / Daryaganj
Company: WT E-Books Pvt. Ltd.
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Perform PDF editing, formatting, merging, splitting, watermarking, and secure file handling.
Convert files between Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF formats as per project requirements.
Ensure documents are error-free, properly aligned, and formatted for publishing/printing.
Handle bulk data entry, text corrections, and page setting in digital files.
Maintain organized records of digital documents and update versions accurately.
Work closely with the content and quality team to finalize PDFs before submission.
Assist in basic computer operations like file management, printing, and scanning.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Office, PDF tools (Adobe Acrobat, Nitro, etc.).
Typing speed 30–40 wpm preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy in formatting & editing.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple files.
Prior experience in PDF editing / publishing industry will be an added advantage.

Job Details:

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days (Sunday Off)
Location: Mohan Estate / Daryaganj
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on skills & experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
