Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Computer Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for freshers who are looking to start their career in data management, computer operations, or administrative support. The Computer Operator will be responsible for handling computer systems, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computer systems and perform routine data entry tasks.
• Maintain and update databases, records, and documents accurately.
• Assist in generating reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Monitor system performance and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Organize and manage digital files and documentation.
• Support office operations with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
• Follow data security, confidentiality, and company policies.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software or systems.

Educational Qualification:

• 10+2 / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Basic computer training or certification is an added advantage.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
