Key Responsibilities : Enter and update data related to production, inventory, and material usage. Operate computer systems and software related to production planning and tracking. Generate production reports, job cards, stock summaries, and dispatch documents. Maintain records of daily output, raw material usage, and work orders. Assist in documentation, filing, and digital record keeping. Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for data-related tasks. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in ERP/MIS systems. Monitor printing of barcodes, labels, and batch tracking sheets. Perform daily data backups and assist in basic system troubleshooting. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing setup (even as an intern), or knowledge of jewellery, or experience working in a jewellery firm.
