Key Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Overseeing the daily operations of computer systems to ensure they are running smoothly.
• Equipment Management: Ensuring that all computer hardware and networking equipment are functioning efficiently.
• Data Management: Performing data entry, archiving digital files, and assisting with data verification.
• Report Generation: Generating reports and preparing documents for management or external entities.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving basic computer issues.
• Communication: Responding to queries and providing information to users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, basic knowledge of software like Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with data entry are essential.
