Computer Operator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform

    data entry, record maintenance, and documentation

    .
  • Manage

    MS Office applications

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
  • Handle

    emails, printing, scanning, and file management

    .
  • Assist in maintaining company databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor and operate office computer systems and networks.
  • Provide basic IT support and coordinate with the IT team when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum

    Higher Secondary (12th pass) / Graduate

    in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    .
  • Good typing speed (English/Bengali/Hindi preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and internet usage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience as a Computer Operator/Data Entry Operator preferred.
