Job Description

Job Title: Computer Operator cum Office Assistant Location: Naini - Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and versatile professional to support our Security agency in Prayagraj. The role combines computer operations, office administration, and telecalling to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective client/candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital/physical records, and generate reports. Assist with daily office administration including filing, documentation, and coordination. Handle emails, calls, scheduling, and follow-up tasks. Make outbound/inbound calls to candidates and clients, explain services, and maintain call records. Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and internet browsing. Strong communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred). Organized, reliable, and able to multitask. Prior telecalling/office experience is desirable, but freshers are welcome. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience). Incentives for closures/achievements. Career growth within the manpower services industry. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
