Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities Computer Operator Duties Data entry and accurate management of booking records (Air Tickets, Hotels, Tour Packages, Visa, etc.) Creating and maintaining Excel reports, invoices, and client databases Handling all email correspondence with clients, airlines, and suppliers Making professional travel vouchers for clients including flight, hotel, and package details Performing web check-in for passengers and sharing boarding passes on time Checking flight availability, comparing fares, and preparing quotations using GDS/Online Travel Portals Printing, scanning, filing, and organizing digital and physical documents Office Assistant Duties: Attending phone calls and greeting walk-in clients politely Providing support to the operations and ticketing team in daily activities Coordination with hotels, airlines, and transport vendors Maintaining office records, files, and stationery inventory Assisting in office-related errands and general administrative duties 🔹 Desired Candidate Profile: Basic understanding of Travel & Tourism industry processes (preferred) Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good typing speed and attention to detail Effective communication in English and Hindi (verbal & written) Smart, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple tasks Willingness to learn new travel systems and platforms 📈 Growth Opportunity: Hands-on learning of travel bookings and client handling Opportunity to grow into senior roles like Travel Executive / Tour Coordinator Exposure to both Domestic & International Travel operations
