Computer Lab Assistant

The position requires you to provide excellent support to the computer lab for teachers and students, including offering teaching and training services. You may also be responsible for training teachers and other administrative staff in technology. Your duties will involve maintaining the physical hardware and software of the school. This in-office position necessitates residing in Lucknow and commuting to the office. Applicants should be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate for the role. Your responsibilities will include assisting students in the Computer Lab, conducting or assisting with online student assessments, aiding faculty with Smart board work, curriculum assignments, ERP coordination, uploading timetables, report cards, and maintaining the student database. You will also assist in training, maintaining the Computer lab, and procuring systems/devices for the laboratory as required, ensuring the labs are equipped with adequate safety measures. Additionally, you may be assigned other administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent computer skills, a willingness to teach individuals of all ages and proficiencies, strong interpersonal and communication abilities (English proficiency required), a desire to work in a world-class educational institution with opportunities for career advancement, and a readiness to support extra-curricular activities and events. Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a school setting are preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply. A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computers or a related field is required.
