Role Description

We are seeking a Computer L1 Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in Turaiyur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

This role also includes installation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, along with proactive troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and security.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in Computer Engineering and Computer Science
• Proven expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently
• Familiarity with Software Development principles and the ability to identify and implement solutions
• Experience or understanding in Cybersecurity to maintain and enhance data security
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Turaiyur and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
