Role Description – Computer L1 Engineer (IT & CCTV) We are seeking a Computer L1 Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in Turaiyur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role also includes installation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, along with proactive troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and security. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge in Computer Engineering and Computer Science Proven expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently Familiarity with Software Development principles and the ability to identify and implement solutions Experience or understanding in Cybersecurity to maintain and enhance data security Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Turaiyur and manage time effectively Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
