Job Description:

We are hiring a Computer Hardware Engineer to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware systems, and basic networking. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop and laptop systems in a corporate or project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
• Perform regular hardware diagnostics and repairs
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and system failures efficiently
• Set up LAN/WAN, basic networking, and internet connectivity
• Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement and servicing
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and hardware components
• Support users in day-to-day IT-related issues and maintenance tasks
• Ensure data security and backup solutions where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in hardware and basic networking support
• Strong knowledge of motherboards, RAM, CPUs, hard drives, peripherals
• Basic understanding of networking, IP settings, routers, switches
• Ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented approach

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in Construction, Engineering, or Project-Based Organizations
• Experience with IT setup in multiple site/office environments

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications
