Key Responsibilities:Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and hardware components. Monitor and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other networking systems. Manage user accounts and access controls in Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems. Identify and resolve network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless. Assist with server and infrastructure maintenance, including patching and backups. Ensure data security through firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption. Document technical procedures, system configurations, and problem resolutions. Collaborate with other IT staff on larger projects or escalated support issues. Provide remote support via tools like RDP, VPN, or remote management software. Requirements:Proven experience in desktop and network support or a similar IT role. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems. Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and troubleshooting tools. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Good understanding of computer hardware components and peripheral devices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
