Computer Hardware Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Executive to support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT systems, troubleshooting, and technology support, and will assist in the execution of key technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software applications.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular updates and backups.
• Support implementation of new technologies or upgrades.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track asset usage.
• Ensure knowledge in configure AD and Domain related.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Provide training or guidance to end-users as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical or IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with software like MS Office, antivirus programs, etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in pharma industry.
• Basic knowledge of domain and HPLC system and network security.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
