Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Executive to support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT systems, troubleshooting, and technology support, and will assist in the execution of key technology projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software applications. Monitor system performance and perform regular updates and backups. Support implementation of new technologies or upgrades. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track asset usage. Ensure knowledge in configure AD and Domain related. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions. Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles. Provide training or guidance to end-users as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a technical or IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and troubleshooting tools. Familiarity with software like MS Office, antivirus programs, etc. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience in pharma industry. Basic knowledge of domain and HPLC system and network security.
