Computer Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Hardware Technician to install, maintain, and repair computer systems, peripherals, and networking hardware. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing hardware issues, upgrading components, and ensuring systems operate smoothly with minimal downtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and related peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues such as motherboards, processors, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and displays.
• Install and upgrade system components, including storage devices and expansion cards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and hardware health checks.
• Maintain inventory of hardware components and spare parts.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
• Support basic networking hardware (LAN cables, switches, routers, Wi-Fi devices).
• Ensure systems are optimized for performance and security.
• Document repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts usage.
• Provide technical support to staff and clients as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) installation and setup.
• Familiarity with networking basics (LAN/WAN, IP configuration).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Certification such as CompTIA A+, N+, or equivalent.
• Experience in CCTV, servers, or advanced networking.

Work Environment:

• On-site support at office locations or client premises.
• May require travel and flexible working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
