Computer Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Explain product features, materials, benefits, and warranties of mattresses and sofas.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product inventory and offers.
• Convert inquiries into sales through personalized consultation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist in showroom merchandising and upkeep.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and previous customers for upselling/cross-selling.
• Coordinate with logistics for delivery and after-sales support.
• Record all customer interactions and maintain CRM entries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or furniture sales (preferred: mattresses, sofas, or home furnishing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first approach and persuasive selling ability.
• Basic knowledge of POS billing systems and CRM software.
• Good sense of interior aesthetics and product presentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
