Components Sub-System Manager

Description

The Components Sub-System Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and integration of various components within our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the components sub-system team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement strategies for component design and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define subsystem requirements and specifications.
• Conduct performance analysis and validation of components under various conditions.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure quality standards are met for all components.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 6-10 years of experience in components management or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of component design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
