Job Description

Role & responsibilities Skilled and motivated professional to lead developmentof ECUs, Actuators, Motor control modules and Sensors development.Also, have basic knowledge of electric vehicle and associated systems like DC-DC converter and Battery. 2. The role involves end-end ownership from design conceptualisation to implementation in production. 3. The Candidate will also manage a cross-functional team to ensure seamless integration and validation of systems at both component and vehicle level 4.Interpret circuit schematics of ECUs, actuators, sensors and ensure robust design of electrical systems. 5.Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead he design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature with Quality , Cost and Time. 6.Release all technical specification to suppliers for components/systems for EV systems 7.Validate the components by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customer 8.Meet the cost targets specified without compromising quality of the product and also bringing out some cost effective solution thro IMCR/VAVE activities. 9.Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components. 10.Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,Design Reviews & Project management 11. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support implementation on production lines. 12.Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. Functional Competencies Strong expertise in electrical and electronic component development, including ECUs, sensors, and actuators. - Hands-on experience with CAN tools, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic equipment. - Deep understanding of circuit design, DVP, and EMC/EMI testing processes
