Compliance Specialist

• Manage all Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Employment Exchange, & Bonus Etc...)
• Manage & execute payroll process by validating attendance records, new joinee
• Inputs, F&F process etc for OHC business with adherence to compliance and state wise minimum wages
• Validation of salary data to prepare the statutory challans like PF, ESIC, labour welfare fund [LWF] and professional tax [PT].
• Preparation of various salary and attendance registers as per the labour Acts like Payment of Wages act, Minimum Wages Act and other State and Central Acts
• Interaction with regulatory authorities during the inspections under various Acts.
• Planning and execution of principal employer and vendor audits.
• Handling and providing solutions and clarity on the queries raised on statutory compliances, labour laws, and register’s part.
• Preparation of returns under the Labour Acts quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
• Document monthly trackers & MIS. Obtaining licenses under various Acts like Shops and Establishment Act, Contract Labour (Regulation) Act [CLRA] and other State Acts for the clients.
• Handling of inspections and notices at various labour depts.
