Manage all Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Employment Exchange, & Bonus Etc...) Manage & execute payroll process by validating attendance records, new joinee Inputs, F&F process etc for OHC business with adherence to compliance and state wise minimum wages Validation of salary data to prepare the statutory challans like PF, ESIC, labour welfare fund [LWF] and professional tax [PT]. Preparation of various salary and attendance registers as per the labour Acts like Payment of Wages act, Minimum Wages Act and other State and Central Acts Interaction with regulatory authorities during the inspections under various Acts. Planning and execution of principal employer and vendor audits. Handling and providing solutions and clarity on the queries raised on statutory compliances, labour laws, and register’s part. Preparation of returns under the Labour Acts quarterly, half yearly and yearly. Document monthly trackers & MIS. Obtaining licenses under various Acts like Shops and Establishment Act, Contract Labour (Regulation) Act [CLRA] and other State Acts for the clients.
