Role Overview: OneBanc, a neo-bank focused on building the economic infrastructure for the workforce of India, is seeking an experienced individual to join their team. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, audits, and risk management within the organization. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining internal compliance policies and SOPs, conducting internal audits, managing regulatory risks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance is embedded in the company's operations.
