Compliance Officer

Job Description as follows:

• Maintain and update PF, ESIC, and MLWF databases for employees and contractors.
• Guide employees on PF-related processes like transfer, withdrawal, and KYC updates.
• Track and ensure timely monthly payments of PF, ESIC, and MLWF; maintain challans.
• Coordinate with the contract team to manage and track contractor work orders across sites.
• Upload company compliance data monthly on Teamlease portal.
• Preparation of submission of Annual POSH Return.
• Approving Vendor registration of new vendor coming onboard at our sites on Vendor Globe portal.
• Preparation and submission of Annual returns under Shop & Establishment Act (Form M, N, R, T & U)
• Track vendor registrations and manage the application/renewal of statutory licenses (Shop/Labour/BOCW).

• Prepare monthly compliance checklists and ensure all legal abstracts and notices are displayed.
• Compile data for annual statutory returns and coordinate with consultants for submissions.
• Approve contractor invoices on Nimble verifing their compliance availability.
• Approve vendor work permission forms and work order before their work commencement at site.
• Ensure all compliance-related documentation is uploaded and maintained systematically.
• Issue Form V to contractors for labour license.
• Implement compliance SOPs.
• Prepare quarterly compliance certificates for the Board and attend inspections and hearings
• Approve Compliance checklists of vendors post completion of audit for all the vendors.

• Process work orders and consultant invoices as per project requirements.
• Monitor contractor document uploads and vendor audits on a monthly basis.
• Liaise with HR for post-training data and help collate inputs for annual returns.
• Draft correspondence letters for national holiday & submit the same to Ward office.
• Conduct awareness programs at sites on PF and BOCW benefits.
• Deliver PF inductions to new joiners and represent the company.
