This is regrading job opportunity with leading pvt. bank
-To keep an eye out for new regulations as they emerge and to quickly notify pertinent internal stakeholders of them.
-Proactively assess the effects, assign tasks to company owners, and offer implementation advice.
-Test the actual implementation of circulars to make sure the updated procedure and controls are enough to satisfy regulatory requirements from the standpoints of design and operational efficacy.
-When necessary, help top stakeholders prepare notes for interactions with regulators in order to gain clarification on the regulations.
-Help with MIS preparation and take notes for reporting internal governance meetings.
-Implementing or monitoring implementation of regulations.
