Job Title: Compliance Executive- Site

Location: Gurgaon/ Delhi NCR

Job Type: Onsite/Site

Department: Project Compliance

Reporting To: Compliance Manager / Site HR Lead

Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Position Overview:

The Compliance Executive will play a critical role in managing and maintaining end-to-

end labour compliance processes at the site level. This position is responsible for

ensuring statutory compliance as per labour laws and regulations, maintaining records,

coordinating with contractors, and submitting timely compliance documents. The role

requires consistent follow-up, accurate documentation, and a proactive approach to

compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance & Muster Roll Maintenance

  • Maintain accurate inout records of all employees at the site daily.
  • Prepare and update the muster roll regularly as per statutory format.
  • Ensure proper documentation of attendance to support payroll and

compliance reporting.

2. KYC Documentation

  • Collect and organize KYC documents of all labourers working at the

site, including Aadhar, Bank details, PAN, photographs, etc.

  • Ensure the completeness and validity of documentation as per

compliance guidelines.

  • Maintain digital and physical records of each labourers profile.

3. Registers & Documentation

  • Maintain all statutory registers at the site, including:

All CLRA Register

Wage Register

Employment Card Register

  • Ensure all records are updated and ready for audit or inspection at any

time.

  • Periodic Returns & Payments

Monthly returns compliance documents like:

PF & ESIC Challans

LWF

Salary Disbursement

  • Ensure submission of correct and verified documents in a timely manner.

4. UAN & ESIC TIC Generation

  • Support in the generation of Universal Account Number (UAN) for new

joiners through the EPFO portal.

  • Generate Temporary Identity Cards (TIC) for ESIC registrations and

ensure employees receive their E-cards.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, MBA HR or relevant

field.

  • 24 years of experience in labour compliance, payroll documentation, or site

administration (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or interior fit-out

industry).

  • Working knowledge of labour laws, PF/ESIC portals, and statutory formats.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic document handling.
  • Familiarity with UAN/ESIC portals, compliance software, or ERP systems is an

added advantage.

Desired Attributes:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills with internal teams and external

contractors.

  • Ability to work independently under tight timelines.

  • Proactive, process-oriented, and compliance-driven mindset.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).

Work Environment:

  • This is a site-based role, requiring physical presence and coordination with

workers, contractors, and site administration teams.
