Job Description:

• Drafting/Vetting of legal documents such as NDAs, service agreements, Consultant agreements, etc.
• Assisting in complying with the provisions of Companies Act
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for internal compliance
• Assisting in other regulatory compliance work related to the Company

Roles and Responsibility:

Legal Support:

• Assist in drafting and vetting business NDAs.
• Assist in vetting business agreements, legal documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in managing contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants on regulatory issues and legal queries.
• Legal documentation, creating and updating legal document trackers, compliance trackers.
• Assist team in completing the assigned task in time bound manner
• Assist team in completing legal due diligence and other internal audits
• Maintain accurate records of the company documents and maintain confidentiality where required.

Secretarial Support:

• Assist in regulatory filings
• Assist in drafting agenda, resolutions, minutes of Board Meeting and General Meetings
• Maintain registers, books and forms as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
