Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and driven Compliance Executive to support and enhance our statutory and regulatory compliance operations. The role primarily revolves around managing compliances under Shops & Establishment Acts, Labour Laws, and other related regulations. If you have practical experience in handling statutory documentation, maintaining registers, and coordinating with government departments, this position is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage complete compliance processes under the Shops & Establishment Acts, Factories Act, Labour Laws, and other statutory frameworks.
  • Oversee registrations, renewals, amendments, and compliance procedures related to labour and establishment regulations.
  • Maintain, verify, and update statutory registers, records, filings, and reports with high accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns within prescribed deadlines.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and labour authorities during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Track and monitor all statutory due dates to ensure timely adherence and zero deviations.
  • Assist in internal and external compliance audits and ensure closure of observations.
  • Stay informed about changes in Labour legislation and incorporate necessary updates within the organization.
  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to maintain compliance across locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Law, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of practical experience in Labour Law and Shops & Establishment compliance.
  • Good knowledge of legislations such as CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic compliance tools or software.
  • Excellent attention to detail along with strong documentation and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
