Shakti Legal Compliance India (SLCI) is a trusted provider of end-to-end compliance, payroll, and audit-related services. We partner with businesses to ensure smooth legal compliance and effective workforce management. We are looking for a Compliance Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience who can take ownership of compliance processes and contribute to organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain compliance reports, audit findings, and tracker dashboards.
• Handle PF & ESIC-related grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Support in conducting internal compliance audits and client due diligence reviews.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address payroll-related queries.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication (written & verbal) and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of work experience in compliance, payroll, or related fields.
• Knowledge of labor compliances, PF, and ESIC is essential.
• Familiarity with compliance audit processes will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
