Candidates working in an international company is an added advantage.

To support technical & products compliance department related to export control team. She / He is a key contributor on the export control data management in IFS and related customer answering management.

With the aim of providing quick and reliable export control date to our customers, our export control process has been improved. We are facing an increase of classification request on non-codified products.

Main missions:

Short term missions:

• To follow and manage export control classification.
• To ensure availability and reliability of export control date in our ERP (Origin, HS code, and ECCN)
• To manage customers requests (ie: export control classification form,)
• To determine export control classification and proceed with deminimis calculation
• To coordinate with engineering, data base, sourcing and purchasing to manage non codified product request
• To proceed with screening of our partners
• To handle and follow the export control classification form to suppliers

Medium/Long term missions:

• To support trade compliance officer’s tasks
• To ensure that export control regulation are well implemented and followed

Tools:

• Strong English level (speaking and writing).
• Must be able to read mechanical drawings.
• French level could be a plus
• Ability to work with Microsoft office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP
