The Telesales Executive will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating leads, and managing sales calls. This individual will provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, contributing to business growth and success in the global trade and certification industry. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries. Experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with demonstrated ability to achieve targets and identify business opportunities. Customer Support skills, with a focus on delivering a positive and satisfactory client experience. Proficiency in building and maintaining professional relationships.
