Compliance Coordinator-Medical Schemes

As a candidate for the position located in Faridabad, your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with Sales, Assessment, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations. - Attending client calls, resolving queries, and ensuring timely submission of audit reports. - Executing and following up on B014/B021 processes for MDQMS audits. - Entering and organizing audit reports in software and respective folders. - Validating reports and certificates, performing certificate checks for MDQMS cases. - Updating Code Matrix, CR, CDR, Triennial Matrix, and MDQMS documentation (B027, B066, B063). - Uploading documents on the SUGAM portal for MDR requirements. - Amending procedures/formats based on new standards in coordination with MRO. - Preparing empanelment letters for auditors and technical experts after approvals. - Finalizing certification scopes and supporting Notified Body documentation management. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Medical Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related fields, OR B.Tech in ECE/EEE/ME with 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferably in the medical device industry). - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and time-management skills. - High confidentiality, integrity, and problem-solving ability. - Must have personal conveyance and willingness to travel when required.
