Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst with 4 to 6+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the OTC derivatives space, based in Pune Mumbai, you will leverage your expertise to analyze and interpret business requirements, develop functional specifications, and create JIRA stories. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around utilizing your 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role and your extensive knowledge of derivatives to contribute effectively to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret business requirements to drive project success - Develop functional specifications and create JIRA stories - Utilize your knowledge of derivatives to make informed decisions - Capture business requirements and prepare test scenarios - Work in the reconciliation space to ensure accuracy and efficiency - Utilize compliance monitoring tools like Scila Risk, FIS KRT, or Broadpeak - Apply AGILE methodologies and project planning tools for efficient project management - Stay updated with current and emerging technologies relevant to digital business Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in the OTC derivatives space - Strong skill set in general Business Analyst practices - Experience with compliance monitoring tools like Scila Risk, FIS KRT, or Broadpeak - Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and project planning tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to blend business, IT, financial, and communication skills effectively - Effective influencing and negotiating skills - Ability to operate in an environment with limited direct control over resources (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
