Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst based in Pune Mumbai, you are expected to leverage your 4 to 6+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in the OTC derivatives space. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and interpreting business requirements, developing functional specifications, and creating JIRA stories. Your extensive knowledge of derivatives will be crucial in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role to analyze and interpret business requirements - Develop functional specifications and create JIRA stories - Possess a strong skill set in general Business Analyst practices, such as capturing business requirements, preparing test scenarios, and working in the reconciliation space - Ideally have experience in compliance monitoring tools like Scila Risk, FIS KRT, or Broadpeak - Be familiar with AGILE methodologies and project planning tools - Understand current and emerging technologies and how they are utilized by enterprises to drive digital business - Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing customer expectations effectively - Blend business, IT, financial, and communication skills effectively given the visibility and impact of this role - Possess effective influencing and negotiating skills as direct control over resources may not be available Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years specifically in the OTC derivatives space - 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role - Strong skill set in general Business Analyst practices - Experience in compliance monitoring tools like Scila Risk, FIS KRT, or Broadpeak is desirable - Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and project planning tools - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Effective influencing and negotiating skills (Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description.),
