Job Description

Compliance & Assurance Specialist

BA or BS in business management, or a similar field
4-8 years of relevant work experience in a compliance, analytic, or audit environment
Experience in the use of Excel at intermediate to expert level.
Intermediate to expert experience with using Google Suite (spreadsheets, doc, slides, google scripts, query function, etc.)
Knowledge of company processes, compliance analysis, payroll, and invoicing preferred
Key Competencies
Comfortable in a self-directed, time-sensitive, fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and escalate trends
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, ability to innovatively communicate complex information
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, providing meaningful insights that are impactful
Shows strong initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills focus on improving processes to eliminate waste
Excellent computer skills.
Expectation to suggest improvements and optimize repetitive tasks

Shift Timings:

5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

Work Model

Work from office: Monday to Friday
