Job Description

As a Compensation Specialist at JLL, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. With over 4 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizational compensation strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance. Your proficiency in leveraging compensation systems and survey data will be key in driving our compensation practices forward. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compensation structures, supporting annual compensation planning processes, responding to complex compensation inquiries, and assisting with the implementation of compensation policies. You will also monitor compliance with relevant compensation laws and regulations to ensure that we are operating ethically and legally. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with HRIS and compensation management systems. Strong analytical and statistical skills, along with knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements, are essential. Additionally, experience with compensation survey participation and interpretation will be beneficial.
