**Job Description:** As a part of the team, you will be responsible for working closely with the India HR Head & IMEA C&B Lead to develop and implement new policies and procedures related to Compensation & Benefits in India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Networking and managing relationships with outside consultants/vendors. - Understanding and implementing incentive plans based on functions and roles within the organization. - Administering the organization's established HR programs and policies efficiently and equitably, ensuring compliance with all relevant agreements, contracts, regulations, laws, and employment policies. - Driving effective communication of HR programs" value. **Qualification Required:** To excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following qualifications: - Experience in designing and deploying Sales Incentive plans. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation Surveys and position analysis, specifically in GCC / Shared Services Organization.
