As a Compensation Benefits Consultant at Tata Electronics, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Your focus will be on analyzing market trends, supporting salary benchmarking exercises, and developing incentive plans that attract and retain talent. Your collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders will provide data-driven insights and recommendations for compensation strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate compensation records, managing benefits administration, and ensuring seamless communication with employees regarding their compensation and benefits.
