Job Description

7 years of Relevant Experience in :

Main accountabilities and tasks

1.

Co-develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation strategy aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with country and division HR teams to ensure consistency while considering local market dynamics.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance compensation competitiveness.

2.

Manage all aspects of the annual salary, bonus and LTI planning process, including setup in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay, and offline templates
Ensure seamless integration with the Global HRMS system and HR KPI Dashboards across 47 countries

3.

Conduct regular benchmarking market studies to evaluate compensation competitiveness and internal equity
Analyze data to recommend adjustments and enhancements
Ensure alignment with local regulations and cultural norms

4.

Coordinate with Country HR teams for merit/salary planning, trend analysis, and reporting.
Manage Mercer IPE Grading and maintain job grades/family structures
Contribute to compensation-related compliance activities

5.

Assist the Global Head of C&B in preparing Compensation Committee materials
Provide executive compensation analysis, financial insights, and reporting.

6.

Partner with senior leadership, finance, and legal teams
Provide expert advice on compensation matters
Comunicate regularly compensation updates to HR, managers and employees
