Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Navi Mumbai. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and organizing board meetings. Additional responsibilities include liaising with regulatory authorities, providing legal and corporate governance advice, and ensuring proper documentation and communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in statutory compliance and corporate governance Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to organize and coordinate board meetings Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate law Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (ACS or FCS) Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
