We are a reputed CA firm in Aluva seeking a highly motivated and skilled Company Secretary candidates to join our Compliance Division. Role shall be direct supervision of Semi qualified CS. Exposure to a diverse work portfolio, including corporate law, compliance, and governance. A professional work environment with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• A qualified Company Secretary with 3–5 years of experience in a CA/CS firm, gained either post-qualification or as a semi-qualified professional.
• Ability to lead and manage a dynamic team of 10+ semi-qualified CS/CAs, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills, with capability to effectively managing a portfolio of over 300 clients.
• Possesses a solid foundation in corporate laws and provides expert guidance on various corporate governance matters.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, regularly engaging with Heads of Departments across different business units to support the firm’s strategic growth.
• Adept at motivating teams to meet deadlines and deliver results, while continuously identifying innovative methods to drive team performance and align with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance, secretarial, and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, lawyers, and regulators, to support compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Candidates with strong knowledge in Company Law
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in company secretarial and compliance-related matters
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Candidate must be proficient in English and Malayalam.
