Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Company Secretary to join our team in Jaipur. This is an on-site role. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, managing corporate documentation, and providing administrative support. Key tasks include preparing and maintaining statutory books, filing returns with regulatory authorities, and organizing board meetings. The role also involves supporting senior management with corporate governance and advising on compliance with corporate legislation.
