Company Secretary

As a Company Secretary & Legal, your role will involve: - Drafting Agendas and Minutes for Board, Committees, and General meetings - Preparing the Annual report and coordinating with other departments for the same - Filing ROC forms with regulatory authorities in compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA Regulations - Assisting in Company Secretarial functions - Maintaining Statutory Registers, including registers of members, directors, and shareholders - Managing and filing documents in physical form as necessary - Preparing draft documents for Event-based activities in the Company - Coordinating effectively with various stakeholders such as Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Secretarial Consultants to ensure successful completion of secretarial and Statutory Audit Qualifications required: - Only CS Qualified and CS semi-qualified students may apply In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, this company values: - Paid sick time Please note that this job is full-time and requires in-person work at the Rajkot, Gujarat location.
