Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary Intern located in Noida, Sector 125. The intern will assist in managing company records, preparing minutes of meetings, ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations, and supporting the administrative functions of the finance and legal teams. Responsibilities include coordinating with legal counsel, assisting with statutory filings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting the company.
