Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) with 4 years of professional expertise to manage statutory compliance, corporate governance, and legal matters of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure all regulatory filings, secretarial records, and board-level reporting are accurately maintained and aligned with corporate laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
Organize and conduct Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM).
Draft and maintain minutes, resolutions, notices, and statutory records.
Prepare and file ROC returns, annual filings, and compliance reports with MCA.
Advise the Board and management on corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory updates.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
Maintain statutory registers and secretarial records.
Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities when required.

Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – ICSI.
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of company law, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance.
