As a Legal Document Drafting Assistant, your role will involve preparing resolutions, minutes for Board and General Meetings, notices, and other company secretarial documents. You will play a crucial part in ensuring proper governance within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in Compliance Management to ensure the company meets all statutory requirements, including filing annual returns and maintaining statutory registers. - Handling Regulatory Filings by preparing and submitting forms on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal and maintaining secretarial records. - Conducting Legal Research on company law, securities law, and other relevant regulations to provide support for compliance and advisory functions. - Engaging in Liaison Work by coordinating with regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal advisors to streamline compliance and governance processes. - Supporting in Corporate Governance by aiding in the implementation of corporate governance practices and policies within the organization.
