Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

We are hiring for Company Secretary & Legal Counsel for our Key Client

Location : Goregaon West, Mumbai

Qualification : Qualified Company Secretary / LLB or LLM (Added advantage)

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Salary : Upto 9.6 Lakhs per annum

# Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, RBI,

FEMA, Labour Laws and allied regulations.

# Draft, review, and manage contracts including vendor/supplier agreements, service

contracts, and related documentation.

# Handle intellectual property matters including trademark filing, renewals, oppositions and

coordinate with IP consultants.

# Support finance and branches in vendor registrations, issuance of Power of Attorney, and

uploading agreements for signature.

# Prepare and maintain trackers for legal cases, contracts, and compliance status.

# Act as authorized representative before courts/authorities, if required.

# Research and prepare notes on new laws, amendments, notifications, and circulars

relevant to the business.

# Should have knowledge of Companies Act, Drafting, Agreement vetting, Labour law, IPR,

Legal Metrology, Data Protection Act, Contracts, Insecticides Act, Trademark/ IPR.
