Role & responsibilities

Domain Expertise: Candidates should possess hands-on experience in working with IPOs, open offers, buybacks, delisting, and other capital market activities regulated by SEBI.
SEBI-Registered Practice: It is essential that candidates are familiar with SEBI regulations and have previously worked in a SEBI-compliant environment.
Professional Experience: We are specifically looking for professionals who have a minimum of 3 years and up to 5 years of experience in IPO/advisory roles within the capital markets.
