Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Organizing, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs) 2. Maintaining statutory books and registers. 3. Filing of forms with ROC 4. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. 5. Oversee the company's compliance with the SEBI LODR. 6. Liaise with regulatory authorities like SEBI, stock exchanges, and the Registrar of Companies. Knowledge of SEBI Regulations such as Insider trading, takeover regulations, etc. Stakeholders relations compliance Handling ROC form and Stock Exchanges related filing 10. Responsible for Secretarial and other related work for six (6)group companies of Khyati Group. 11. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action 12. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors 13. Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable statutory requirements Any other work as may be assigned to you from time to time Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
