Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Dayal Bagh. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements. Daily tasks include preparing and maintaining statutory books, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and liaising with auditors, lawyers, and external regulators. Additionally, the Company Secretary will handle corporate communication and maintain the organization’s corporate governance framework.

Qualifications

Experience in legal and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in preparing and maintaining statutory books, meeting arrangements, and minute-taking
Strong organizational and communication skills
Capacity to work collaboratively with auditors, lawyers, and external regulators
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
Experience in corporate governance is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
