Job Summary:

Unimax International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Company Representative & Coordination Executive to manage high-level coordination, client interactions, and assist the Assistant Manager in handling the company portfolio. The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between the company and external parties and will work directly under the guidance of the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary liaison between clients, government bodies, and the company.

· Coordinate all meetings, discussions, and follow-ups on behalf of the company.

· Assist the Assistant Manager in portfolio management and business operations.

· Represent the company during site visits, client meetings, and external coordination activities.

· Manage all official documentation, communication, and client servicing with professionalism.

· Prepare reports, updates, and ensure alignment with the Managing Director’s directives.

· Maintain effective relationships with vendors, clients, and administrative departments.

Requirements:

· English communication verbal and written must.

· Proven experience in corporate coordination / liaisoning / client servicing roles.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks, travel for client/site visits, and support executive management.

· Basic knowledge of company operations, client management, and coordination practices.

· Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company at external forums.
